Warranty Eligibility

Each nursery has its own warranty policy and Tree Connection is here to help you understand what is needed to satisfy the warranty and be successful in your new plantings.

In most cases, claims on new trees that have not survived the planting process may be eligible for a warranty replacement tree:

  1. That will be delivered the following year, assuming there is a suitable tree available at the nursery
  2. We are aware of the claim before the deadline

How to Make A Claim

  1. Contact Tree Connection as soon as possible:
  2. Schedule a Site Visit: After assessing the situation, our staff will, in most cases, visit the site to help both the grower and the nursery with as much insight and help as possible to satisfy the claim requirements.

Please make Tree Connection your first call when it comes time to discuss claims. We likely have requirements to meet before you take any actions to “correct” a problem. We are here to help.
